DoughFetch provides an AI-powered platform that connects businesses with potential lenders and financing options. We facilitate the loan application process but are not a direct lender. IN NO EVENT SHALL DOUGHFETCH BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.
